In silico Olfactory receptor tryptic peptidome derived from cytoplasmic and extracellular domains.

UniProt definitions for cytoplasmic and extracellular Olfactory receptor domains were tryptic digested in silico, allowing no missed cleavages. Uniquely mapping non-nested peptides were validated by the neXtProt's peptide uniqueness checker. This table was generated by DT R package and contains annotations for OR soluble domain derived tryptic peptides. Columns "PMID" and "Peptide" are hyperlinked to neXtProt and Protter respectively. Protter link displays the location of the peptide on OR structure along the transmembrane.

Number of ORs capable of generating peptides as per HPP stringency requirements could be obtained from column "# >= 9aa unique peptides" upon applying a filter of 2 or more peptides. Columns with a text field contain a search bar and columns with a number field contain an additional filter slider bar. The global search bar at the top of the page could be utilized to search for multiple column fields, such as PMIDs, Protein name, Domains, Peptides etc.
