New Ir−SimplePHOX complexes <b>Ir-6</b>−<b>Ir-9</b> catalyze the quantitative, highly enantioselective hydrogenation of a range of unfunctionalized and functionalized olefins. Synthesis, catalytic results, and X-ray crystal structures are presented here.
