Smart Nanofibers with a Photoresponsive Surface for Controlled Release

The nanofibers with a stimuli-responsive surface were electrospun from the block copolymer prepared via controlled radical polymerization, followed by surface modification via “Click Chemistry”, and loading of the prodrug via host−guest interaction.
