Furthermore, atropisomeric phosphine oxides were prepared via a t-BuLi-mediated P-transfer reaction. Computational studies elucidated that the phosphine oxide transfer was through a concerted C–P bond formation and P–O bond-dissociation process. %I ACS Publications
