The appealing solubility, photoluminescent characteristics, and morphological stability enabled the current heteroleptic iridium complexes to be highly desirable phosphorescent dopant emitters in doped light-emitting diodes for the purpose of resisting molecular aggregations in the doped emitting layers. %I ACS Publications
